The overall design of Rivermark embraces the natural characteristics of the site and celebrates its Whadjuk Noongar, industrial, and colonial heritage. Rivermark’s design guidelines preserve the architectural character of the area and champion its ecologically led ethos. Aligned with Hesperia’s enduring approach to sustainable development, Rivermark includes a Sustainability Incentive Program for residents, ensuring a thriving natural environment for all.
Hesperia also received the Best Property Sales Marketing Campaign for Rivermark, which acknowledges excellence in achieving awareness and conversions, driven by a clear purpose.
Rivermark was recognised for its distinctive branding and marketing strategy, led through its unique story and location. In keeping with Hesperia’s commitment to enduring and intelligent design, sustainability is a core part of Rivermark’s brand, marketing, and value proposition.
