Rivermark recognised at UDIA Awards for Excellence

Hesperia has received the Excellence in Marketing Award for our first master planned community, Rivermark, at the UDIA WA 2022 Awards for Excellence.

Nestled on the banks of the Swan River, Rivermark was recognised for an innovative and successful approach to marketing and branding. Unique for its location-led branding that celebrates the meandering Swan River, Rivermark also pays tribute to its rich Noongar, colonial and industrial heritage.

Sustainability is not only integrated in Rivermark’s master plan design, but the branding and marketing too, demonstrating Hesperia’s enduring approach to sustainable development.

Rivermark’s vision to ensure a thriving natural environment is present through all marketing collateral, forming a key aspect of the value proposition.

Managing Director Ben Lisle said the awards are recognition of Hesperia’s commitment to revitalising underutilised spaces to release their potential.

“We believe in creating inspiring, innovative and sustainable places to live and work and these awards give us confidence that we are on the right track,” Ben said.

“Our teams have worked tirelessly, particularly during challenging periods during COVID-19, so it is great to see these projects recognised by the UDIA.”
